Custom Embroidery

Embroidery is a popular decoration method where your logo or design is sewn onto a garment using a needle and polyester thread.

Your logo can be embroidered on custom hats, hoodies, golf shirts, jackets, and bags.

Embroidery is in our blood

Our embroidery process is fully automated, and we utilize multiple top of the line Barudan and Tajima machines, along with an extensive selection of thread.

We carefully control all aspects of the embroidering process, to ensure the highest possible quality and responsiveness.

Custom Embroidered Hats

We provide innovative decorative techniques such as 3D, sublimation, screen printing, laser leather applique, woven labels, and patches using our state of art equipment, in New Bedford, MA. We’ll make your custom embroidered cap precisely, to help make your brand stand out from the crowd. Easily order your embroidered caps for your sports team, school band, charity event, online merch store business, or anything else you can think of. The sky’s the limit!

Embroidered Shirts

We can embroider t-shirts, polo shirts, caps, hats, sweatshirts, jackets, and more. Your designs are all customizable for any sport or fundraising event.

Create your own online store using your artwork! Polo shirts are a great way to advertise your business or even as employee wear on Casual Friday, and tops are easy to order, just call us or stop by the shop.

Embroidered Team Jerseys

Show off your school’s mascot with spirit! Our Custom applique is a great way for any team sport and high school booster clubs to really stand out.

Our custom appliques can be affixed with direct embroidery, or decorated with sublimation techniques, to create complex combinations. Easily create jerseys with school mascot logos on the front, school jacket backs, crew necks, custom hooded sweatshirts, and hats and caps.

3D Foam Embroidery

This is a fun way to show your logo on headwear, with bold lettering, over open edge twill applique, or borders on patches. This process of adding puffy foam behind your embroidered design adds depth and dimension.

3D foam works best with simpler designs; meaning that not all designs work well for 3D embroidery. Please email us your graphic for a free evaluation, and please let us know you’re interested in 3D embroidery.

Custom Embroidery Advice

We specialize in a variety of in-house mediums including custom embroidery, 3D embroidery, sublimated appliqué, reverse appliqué, patches, screen printing, and heat transfer services. If you get stuck in any part of the design process, our team of artists will recommend unique ideas to take your idea and make an extraordinary design.

BEFORE YOU DESIGN

A simple, minimalistic design can have a striking impact. Simple designs are easy to embroider and have a finished look with tight lines. We recommend you avoid tiny designs with intricate details, because they’re difficult to embroider.

The number of thread colors you use impacts the quality of the hat. If you choose to use multiple colors, we recommend that you make sure that they’re large enough in detail for our machines to sew well. A good design has a good balance.

THE EMBROIDERY AREA

The size of your design will be based on the available embroidery area of the garment or hat you choose. For example,

  • Sleeve and cuff placement will depend on the size of the garment: ladies sleeves are smaller than men’s, so make sure your logo is sized to fit both.
  • Some hats have a higher profile so we may embroider a taller design: we recommend your design be 2.25-2.5” tall.
THE FABRIC/MEDIA

A combination of different fabrics can be used to create intricate, 3-dimensional designs that are large, inexpensive, and absolutely gorgeous.

Some fabrics we use are:

  • chino twill for a distressed effect
  • felt
  • fleece
  • flannel
  • plaids
  • calico cotton prints

PRICING OPTIONS

Pricing is based on 3 things:

  • the number of items you order
  • the number of ink colors we use to print your design
  • the number of print locations on the item

We offer bulk discounts.

Remember, more ink colors + more print locations on each embroidered unit will drive the cost up.

Clubs & Team Embroidered Apparel

If you’re collecting from many people, or have a group order, we’d be happy to do the math for you. We’ll give you an all-inclusive price per piece so you’ll know how much to collect for each unit, while covering the cost for artwork, taxes, etc.
